Agustina Palazzo, a multimedia artist in constant evolution, navigates the vibrant intersection of Digital Culture, Creativity, and Technology.

Originally from Córdoba, Argentina, her journey began in 2010 with studies in Audiovisual Communication, where she explored the synergy of visual and auditory language, giving birth to a passion for artistic experimentation.

In 2010, while studying, she founded “APOLO 91.7 FM,” a cultural radio station featuring alternative and emerging music, blending sound with radio art. During her artistic direction until 2017, APOLO 91.7FM transcended conventional limits, steering radio language towards art and experimentation.

Her journey led Agustina to Barcelona in 2017, where she immersed herself in emerging and interactive technologies at the “Masters in Advanced Interaction” at IAAC, graduating with academic merit with her project “Radiocosmosuit” at “Augment Senses Studio,” a milestone merging her passion for technology and artistic expression.

Her innovative cultural management materializes in co-creating the cultural space “220 Cultura Contemporánea,” specializing in exhibition and event management. During her time in Barcelona, she also collaborated as a cultural manager in various events and festivals, notably in MUTEK.ES, a digital creativity festival, as the coordinator of the DIGILAB program, linking the festival with universities and institutions in Barcelona, and Fixing the Future, a festival of conferences and exhibitions presenting projects and ideas for a better future.

In 2019 and 2020, she participated as an artist in residence at Piramidón Centre de Arte Contemporáneo, where she developed multidisciplinary projects, standing out in exhibitions and residencies.

In her continuous exploration of the intersection between Digital Culture, Creativity, and Technology, Agustina Palazzo emerges as an innovative and passionate voice. She teaches robotics, digital art, and creativity at the ESDI design school and leads the seminar on “Alternative Exhibition Formats” in the Master’s program in digital art curation at the same school.

As an artist, she has engaged in collaborative and multidisciplinary projects at festivals such as LLUM, SONAR+D, and RESHAPE, as well as in exhibitions and residencies with individual projects ranging from sound to performance and installation across Europe and Latin America. Among her notable projects are IMMERSIIVA at Espronceda, Institute of Art and Culture (ES), Tsonami Sound Art (Chile), Rake Community (United Kingdom), Teorema (ES), 220 Cultura Contemporánea (AR), Haimney Gallery (ES), Millesuoni (IT), and Reshape (ES). In 2019, her project “Radiorator” earned the third prize in the Wearable Technology category at Reshape, and her performance “SPECTRUM” was highlighted within the “quintessence Dome Lab” program during the Barcelona Solar Orchard Garden by Ars Electronica, part of the IMMERSIIVA residency at Espronceda, Institute of Art and Culture (ES).
